Wedding cakes
Cutting cakes, single tiers and two tier showpieces in a classic vintage style. Every wedding flavor stays on the menu, and delivery and setup are available.

Try before you commit. Each flavor comes with one cake and one frosting, sized for two people to share. Picked up the last week of each month.

A hands-on vintage piping class for your group. Great for bridal showers, birthdays and work parties. Everyone leaves with a cake they decorated themselves.

Orders placed less than one week before pickup carry a $20 rush fee. Bold colors like black, navy and gold add a small charge. Delivery within Ocala is $20.

Reserve with a deposit
Half is due one week before pickup and the rest the day before. Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay and tap to pay all work.
Pick up or delivery
Pickup Tuesday through Saturday in Ocala, or delivery for $20 in town.

Blondie Cakes started with one birthday cake for my niece. Two years later it's a full home bakery, and I still get giddy every time a client sends me an idea.
I bake everything from scratch with real ingredients, with all natural dyes (not something you'll find at a grocery store bakery), plus seed oil free and gluten free options. My favorite requests are the ones that say "make it over the top." Ruffles, bows, cherries, pearls. More is more.

Decorating parties
Bring your people, I'll bring the buttercream.
I teach the vintage piping style step by step: shells, ruffles, bows and lettering. Each guest decorates and takes home their own cake. Classes run all December for the holidays, and I host private parties year round for showers, birthdays and team events.

How far ahead should I order?
At least one week for celebration cakes, and sooner during busy months. Orders inside one week may be possible with a $20 rush fee. For weddings, reach out as soon as you have a date.
When can I pick up?
Tuesday and Wednesday 8am to 5pm, Thursday and Friday 8am to 1pm and 3pm to 5pm, and Saturday 8am to 5pm. Your pickup time has a one hour window. Sunday and Monday pickups may be possible on request.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery within Ocala is $20 for single tier cakes and starts at $50 for tiered cakes. Delivery outside Ocala is quoted by distance.
How should I store my cake?
Buttercream is firm when cold and soft in the heat. Keep your cake cool, out of direct sun, and never in a car without the AC running. Enjoy it or freeze it within four days.
Can you work around allergies?
I offer gluten free, seed oil free and natural dye options, and ingredient lists are available on request. Blondie Cakes is a cottage food operation and isn't inspected under Florida's food safety regulations.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel seven or more days before pickup for a full refund. Deposits for cancellations inside seven days aren't refundable. Wedding orders need one month's notice for a deposit refund.
